Directions to Executive Place from Interstate 81

Coming from Virginia on I-81, take TN Exit #12 at Lowland, TN. This will put you on a 4-lane bypass (Hwy. # 160). Go right at the exit ramp and follow it for about 8 miles. It will cross under Hwy. 25E and you will take the 2nd exit after 25E. The first is South Cumberland Street and the 2nd is Sulphur Springs Road. It is easy to miss since you will be coming down a large hill.

Go right on Sulphur Springs Road past West High School until Sulphur Springs Road becomes High Street at the intersection of Sulphur Springs Road and Morris Boulevard. Landmarks on your right are a Chrysler dealership and on the left, Morristown Ford. You will proceed straight ahead on High Street for two blocks (across the railroad tracks) on High Street and make a left at the first light which is Andrew Johnson Highway (Route 11E).

Going west on Hwy. 11E you’ll go about 2 full blocks and you’ll see Executive Place on the right at 1332 W. Andrew Johnson Hwy. (just past Crescent Center Shopping Center).

Directions To Executive Place from North Carolina (I-40)

Follow I-40 past the Newport, TN exits and across the French Broad River. About 2 miles past the river, you’ll come to a split of I-40 and I-81. Follow I-81 north toward Bristol and Johnson City, TN.

The second exit is Exit #8, or Highway 25E. Exit there and follow the signs for 25E North toward Morristown. You’ll travel about 8 miles on Hwy. 25E North past Walters State College and a Super WalMart. Exit just past WalMart and make a left at the end of the exit ramp onto Morris Boulevard. You’ll pass College Square Mall on your left and go west on Morris Boulevard approximately 2.5 miles.

On the right you’ll see a Chrysler-Plymouth Dealership. Make a right off of Morris Boulevard onto High Street which runs between the Chrysler Dealership and Morristown Ford. Go two blocks (across the railroad tracks) and make a left at the first light which is Andrew Johnson Highway (Route 11E).

Going west on Hwy. 11E you’ll go about 2 full blocks and you’ll see Executive Place on the right at 1332 W. Andrew Johnson Hwy. (just past Crescent Center Shopping Center).

Directions to Executive Place from Knoxville

Take I-40 East to the east edge of Knoxville. Shortly after the I-640 bypass splits from I-40, you exit on Hwy. 11E North (Exit # 394).

Follow 11E North through Jefferson City (34 miles).

As you get into Morristown look for a Lowe's store on your left. The apartments are approximately 1.5 miles straight ahead on Hwy. 11E or Andrew Johnson Highway. They are located on the left side of the road across from a Texaco Car Wash.

The address is 1332 W. Andrew Johnson Highway. There is no office on-site, but we will make arrangements to meet you, get the keys to you in advance or leave them for you at the apartments. Our office is located across the street and one door west at 1369 W. Andrew Johnson Hwy. (2nd floor).
