Executive Places offers a variety of single family homes that are available (either furnished or unfurnished) for as little as 90 days. This unique collection of properties is designed to appeal to the discriminating taste of today's business professional. Styles range from "The Cottage," a charming three bedroom bungalow in the heart of Olde Towne, to "Lyn Mar Manor," a luxurious four bedroom estate in prestigious Lyn Mar Hills.

These homes are ideal for business professionals temporarily assigned to Morristown. They also serve as an interim residence while you build or shop for a home of your own. We will mow your grass, provide any level of furnishings required and even arrange to pay your utilities. In short, we will customize your lease to meet your needs.

A damage deposit equal to one month's rent is required on houses. Provided there are no damages, the deposit will be refunded following a departure inspection. A $250 non-refundable cleaning deposit is added to the initial invoice.
